Apple Now Introduced Student Music Plan for $4.99

Apple music service or iTunes is one of the most used music services in the world. Almost all the Apple users have used this service. This is a good service with millions of songs to listen by paying a small amount of monthly subscription.

Recently Apple has launched a new membership for Apple users. This is called Student subscription. The Apple music student subscription cost is reduced to 50% of the average fee, i.e., $9.99. That means now a student can avail the same music library by paying $4.99 per month. This is undoubtedly a great move by Apple to serve music to all the students with a less price. Once a student signs up for student plan, it will be activated for four years.

The students who are pursuing in any qualified university can avail this offer instantly by submitting some documents like I card. Currently, Apple Music student plan is only available for USA, UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Denmark, and Ireland. If you are a student and from any of the mentioned countries, then you can avail this now.

If you are in a normal plan now, then you can instantly switch to student plan without losing any of your data (like- Playlist or saved music) through their website, app or iTunes. If you are on family plan, then I don’t think it is a good plan to go for student plan as you are already paying less. But in case you wish to switch then you can do so from iTunes. In this case, your family organizer may bill for student plan as well as family plan.
